Sand filters

Catalytic and quartz sand-filled equipment to remove iron and manganese, and reduce arsenic content.

Well water usually contains iron and manganese. When this water gets in contact with oxygen, the iron and the manganese slowly oxidize. Microorganisms settle on the iron hydroxide sediment deposited inside the tubes, making the water dirty, causing medical problems for those who drink it.

Manganese, iron and arsenic can be removed from the water with catalytic filter media. After filtering a certain amount of dirt, the filter material becomes saturated. The machine automatically cleans the filter material.

The larger equipment are made with steel filter tank and PLC control. For smaller ones we use a fiberglass composite plastic container and multi-valve control.


Adsorption filters

These filters work similar to the sand filters. In this case, the filter material is a particulate, porous structure with a large internal surface. After saturation, the filter material must be replaced. The filter material also filters mechanical dirt out of the water, but they degrade its efficiency. Therefore, the machine cleans the filter material in every few days.

Arsenic removers

Arsenic is usually found in plutonic rocks. Waters near these areas contain more arsenic than the safety limit, which mean danger to those people who drink it every day. We recommend highly efficient adsorption technology for the removal of arsenic.

Activated carbon filters

Szerves anyagok, természetes humusz származékok, növényvédőszerek nyomainak eltávolításához aktívszenes szűrőket használunk. A szűrőanyag granulált aktívszén. Az aktívszén nagyon porózus anyag, egyetlen gramm teljes felülete meghaladhatja az ezer négyzetmétert. A feladattól függően sokféle aktívszén közül lehet kiválasztani a legmegfelelőbbet. Egy m3-nyi víz általában 0,5-5 g aktívszenet merít ki.

Az aktívszenes szűrőágyat 1-2 naponta fel kell lazítani, vissza kell mosni.

Ammonium remover technology

This technology line is based on chlorination and activated carbon filter. The ammonium content in the water is oxidated, turns into nitrogen gas. The remainder of the oxidation and the harmful by-products are removed with a suitably sized activated carbon filter.


Ion exchange equipment

Ion exchange makes it possible to remove specific ions from the water and replace them with natrium ions. The total ion content of the water remains constant.

The ion exchange happens while the water perlocates through the ion exchange charge. The charge can be regenerated with a saline solution.

Water softeners

Water hardness is caused by Calcium (Ca2+) and Magnesium (Mg2+) ions in the water. Ion exchange systems replace these ions with Sodium (Na+). A special resin is used to exchange the ions. This resin is used up over time, gets coated in Calcium and Magnesium ions. The machine prepares a regeneration solution from saline tablets, and regenerates the ion exchange resin with this solution, ie. restores the capacity of the ion-exchange material. This cycle can be repeated several hundred times.

The regeneration typically runs on a fixed schedule, which can be set by the user.

We also offer an intelligent volume controlled model, which can learn your water consumption habits and optimise the time and frequency of regenerations.

We offer tests to measure water hardness.

CR water softeners

A special water softner machine, which is able to make soft water in only one step: removes ions, iron, manganese and ammonium from the water. One CR softener can replace a whole chain of water treatment equipment.

Nitrate removers

Water can contain nitrate which is harmful for human health, it is especially dangerous for infants. The nitrate remover looks like a water softner, however, it removes nitrate. There is a special design, which removes nitrate and makes soft water in one step.

Humus removers

Humic acids, the soluble substances of humus color the water brown or yellow. Disinfection of this water creates carninogenic substances. However, humic acid can be removed from the water safely with a special ion exchange equipment. The machine is similar to a water softener, except for its special filter media.

Fluoride remover

High levels of fluoride make bones fragile. The fluoride is removed by a special charge ion exchange device. The charge can be regenerated.

Boron remover

The equipment is using a special ion-exchange materials.

Mixed Bed Complete Desalters

The desalter contains an acid-regenerated cation exchange resin and an alkali-regenerated anion exchange resin. It provides a very good desalination.

If the filter material is exhausted, it must be replaced, and the spent material can be returned for regeneration. The lifetime of the filter media can be increased by pre-desalination, for which an RO equipment is a good choice.


Membrane equipment

Reverse osmosis equipment

Reverse osmosis equipment purifies water by physical filtration. It filters out different salts from the water, making it the same quality as distilled water.

The capacity of our equipment ranges from a few tens of m3 / h to hundreds of m3 / h. Equipment of the same capacity can be constructed in many different ways. With our sophisticated equipment design expertise, we are able to optimize equipment to meet customer needs in terms of cost and water quality.

Nanofilteration equipment

This equipment operates in a similar manner to the reverse osmosis equipment. The main difference is that the nanofilter selectively passes through some of the dissolved salts and molecules.

Ultrafilteration equipment

The ultrafilter also selectively passes through molecules just like the naonfilter, but also larger sizes. The equipment can be used in membrane bioreactor technology and coagulation technologies.

The ultrafilter can be used to solve many unpleasant water treatment tasks, such as industrial wastewater treatment, hazardous wastewater treatment, water recycling, RO-feed water pre-treatment, and protection of drinking water from leaching contamination.

Special ceramic membranes are also available for industrial applications such as emulsion separation.


UV equipment

The ultraviolet disinfection equipment was designed to destroy bacteria, fungi and viruses in the water. The machine runs in a low energy consumption level.


Dosing equipment

Many water treatment tasks require the addition of chemicals (usually liquids) to the water. The magnetic-driven dosing diaphragm pump one of the most reliable dosing equipment. The metering pump is powered from mains voltage. We offer several models.
